Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Tringify for Cashfree in your Tringify store. By installing the app you agree to them.
The service
The app connects your store to your own Cashfree Payments account. Shoppers pay on Cashfree's checkout, the money goes to your Cashfree account, and refunds you make in Tringify are sent to Cashfree. Tringify is not a party to your agreement with Cashfree.
Your Cashfree account
- You need your own Cashfree account, approved for the payments you take.
- Cashfree's fees, payment methods, settlement times, limits and decisions to accept, hold or refuse a payment or refund are set by Cashfree under your agreement with them.
- Before taking Live payments, you whitelist this app's domain in your Cashfree account, as the app's settings explain.
- You keep your Cashfree keys safe and replace them in the app if they change.
Acceptable use
Use the app only to take payments for goods and services your store sells lawfully, and only in ways your Cashfree agreement allows. Don't try to get around the app's security or use it for another store's account without permission.
Availability
We work to keep the app available, but it can be briefly unavailable, for example during planned maintenance. Payment results always come from Cashfree, so a payment made while the app is unavailable is still recorded once Tringify can check it again.
Fees
Any price for the app is shown on its App Store listing. Cashfree charges its own fees separately.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Tringify is not liable for losses caused by Cashfree, by your Cashfree account, or by payments or refunds that Cashfree accepts, holds or refuses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can uninstall the app at any time. Tringify may stop offering the app with reasonable notice. Uninstalling may be delayed while payments or refunds are still being completed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Stores that have the app installed are notified of each new version.
