Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Tringify for Facebook & Instagram in your Tringify store. By installing the app you agree to them.
The service
The app connects your store to your own Meta business: it sends your products, shopper activity and audiences to Meta as described in the app and its privacy policy. Tringify is not a party to your agreements with Meta.
Your Meta accounts
- You need your own Meta business, and you follow Meta's advertising and commerce policies.
- Meta decides whether products are approved, how ads run and what they cost.
- You keep your Meta access current and reconnect if Meta asks.
Your shoppers
You are responsible for telling your shoppers how you use their data for advertising, and for the consent choices your store asks for. The app only sends what each shopper's consent allows.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for goods and services your store sells lawfully. Don't try to get around the app's security or use it for another store's accounts without permission.
Availability
We work to keep the app available, but it can be briefly unavailable. Products and events missed while it is unavailable are sent again when it is back.
Fees
Any price for the app is shown on its App Store listing. Meta charges for advertising separately.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Tringify is not liable for losses caused by Meta, by your Meta accounts, or by ad performance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can uninstall the app at any time. Tringify may stop offering the app with reasonable notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Stores that have the app installed are notified of each new version.
