What this app can access
Tringify wrote this section from version 1.0.0 of Tringify for Opn Payments: it lists what merchants allow the app to do when they install it. It changes when a new version of the app changes that access. The rest of this policy is written by the app's developer.

Data deletion
48 hours after a store uninstalls the app (or at once when the store is deleted), Tringify asks the app to delete the data it holds for that store.

Privacy policy
Tringify for Opn Payments lets your store take payments through your own Opn Payments account. Tringify builds and runs this app. This policy explains what the app keeps, why, for how long, and who else sees it.

Data we don't keep
The app keeps no payment outcomes, refunds or card details. Card details are typed into Opn's own payment form on the payment page and go straight to Opn; they never reach this app or Tringify. To start a payment the app passes the amount, currency, order number and your store's name to Opn. Tringify asks Opn for the result of each payment and refund when it needs it.
Who we share data with
- Opn Payments, your payment provider, receives the payment and refund details described above, under your agreement with Opn.
- Cloudflare hosts the app and its encrypted database.
We don't sell data and don't use it for advertising.
Where data is processed
The app runs on Cloudflare's global network. Opn processes payments in the regions its agreement with you describes.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app removes its access to your store at once. When Tringify asks the app to delete your store's data, 48 hours after you uninstall it, the app clears the webhook address it set in your Opn account and erases your keys, payment attempts and everything else it keeps for your store. To ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion at any other time, email support-apps+opn@tringify.com.
Your customers' payment records are held by Opn and by your store in Tringify. Customers who want a copy or deletion of them can contact you, and you can contact Opn.
