Terms of service

These terms cover the Tringify for PhonePe app ("the app"), provided by Tringify. Tringify's Terms of Service also apply; where they differ, those terms take precedence.

  • The app connects your store to your own PhonePe account. Your agreement with PhonePe governs payments, fees, settlements, refunds and disputes. Tringify is not a party to it.
  • You are responsible for the PhonePe credentials you enter and for keeping your PhonePe account in good standing.
  • Payments are confirmed with PhonePe before an order is marked paid. Refunds are made from your PhonePe balance.
  • The app is provided as is. Tringify is not liable for PhonePe outages, declined payments or PhonePe's decisions about your account.
  • The app is independently developed by Tringify and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PhonePe.
  • Tringify may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept them.
