What this app can access
Tringify wrote this section from version 1.1.0 of Tringify for Razorpay: it lists what merchants allow the app to do when they install it. It changes when a new version of the app changes that access. The rest of this policy is written by the app's developer.
Store API access
Server-to-server access to store resources.

Stores can connect the app as these services. Tringify sends it the data each service needs.
- Payment Gateway. Processes checkout payments for assigned markets.
Data deletion
48 hours after a store uninstalls the app (or at once when the store is deleted), Tringify asks the app to delete the data it holds for that store.

This policy explains what the Tringify for Razorpay app ("the app") does with data. The app is operated by Tringify. Tringify's Privacy Policy applies to everything not covered here.
What the app stores
- The Razorpay Key ID and Key secret a merchant enters, encrypted.
- The webhook secret used to check notifications from Razorpay, encrypted.
- The store it is installed on and its installation details.
What the app uses without storing
To start a payment, the app sends Razorpay the amount, currency and order number, and the customer's email and phone number so Razorpay can pre-fill its checkout. To confirm payments and refunds, it reads them from Razorpay when Tringify asks. The app keeps none of this. Payment and refund records are kept by Tringify on the merchant's order.
Card and bank details
Customers enter card, UPI and bank details on Razorpay's own checkout. The app never receives them.
Sharing
Data is sent only to Razorpay, to take and refund payments, and to Tringify. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Saved credentials stay while the app is installed, so earlier payments can still be checked and refunded. When the merchant uninstalls the app and Tringify sends the store's data-erasure request, the app deletes the store's credentials and secrets.
