What this app can access
Tringify wrote this section from version 1.0.0 of Tringify for Fake 3PL: it lists what merchants allow the app to do when they install it. It changes when a new version of the app changes that access. The rest of this policy is written by the app's developer.
Store API access
Server-to-server access to store resources.
- Inventory — Read and write. Manage inventory groups, stock levels, and movements
- Locations — Read and write. Manage store locations and inventory addresses
- Orders — Read and write. Manage orders and fulfillment orders
Store events the app receives
Tringify sends the app these events about the stores that install it, with only the fields the app declared.
- Fulfillment order cancelled
- Fulfillment order created
- Transfer created
- Transfer deleted
- Transfer status changed
Services the app provides to stores
Stores can connect the app as these services. Tringify sends it the data each service needs.
- Fulfillment Provider. Receives and fulfills shipment plans assigned by the merchant.
Data deletion
Because the app can read customer data, Tringify forwards every shopper's request for a copy of their data and every erasure to the app, and the app must answer them.
48 hours after a store uninstalls the app (or at once when the store is deleted), Tringify asks the app to delete the data it holds for that store.

Privacy policy — Tringify for Fake 3PL
Tringify for Fake 3PL is a demo third-party warehouse. No goods are stored or shipped.
What the app keeps
- Your store's access token for this app, encrypted.
- The warehouse location it created in your store and its settings.
- For each transfer into the warehouse: its reference, units and what was counted on receipt. For each fulfillment order routed to it: the order and fulfillment ids, units, status and tracking number.
What the app shares
Nothing leaves Tringify: the warehouse is part of the app. It reads an order only to make its fulfillment, and keeps no customer data.
Deletion
Uninstalling the app deletes your access token. All remaining data for your store is deleted when Tringify sends the store data erasure request after the uninstall.
